Core values

Noomi's core values are based on the following principles:

We aim to be a secure place where everyone feels welcome, regardless of ethnic background, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. To ensure the safety of those residing at Noomi, we provide a protected address. Both staff and volunteers are bound by confidentiality.

Respect and humbleness

We believe that every individual is unique and should be treated with humbleness and respect. We uphold the belief in the potential for redemption for every person, regardless of their past experiences.

We collaborate with social services, the police, and other relevant authorities, as well as with relevant organizations, to collectively address the needs of those we serve.

Our work is grounded in a Christian perspective on humanity, believing that each person is created with a unique purpose. Noomi strives to be a place that facilitates faith in change, where new hope can be born.
